Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service within the grocery, dairy, and frozen food departments. Ensure these departments are well stocked, clean, organized, rotated, and merchandised appropriately by implementing Earth Fare guidelines. Maintain an attractive sales floor while adhering to merchandising standards set by the Grocery Manager. Knowledge of common allergies and specialized dietary terms is preferred, along with experience in a retail environment. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service, including potential exposure to extreme cold and physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering heavy loads.
