Job Summary
Pick, pack, and prepare grocery orders for shipment to customers in our Ecommerce Warehouse. Accurately retrieve items from storage, pack securely with quality checks, and collaborate to meet daily fulfillment targets. Maintain a clean environment, assist with restocking and inventory rotation, and address customer inquiries. Perform duties as assigned while adhering to safety protocols. This part-time role at 99 Ranch Market's Buena Park warehouse includes medical insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including but not limited to knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as necessary
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a grocery store, warehouse, or fulfillment center
- Familiarity with grocery items, including perishable goods and food safety practices
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate warehouse management systems and handheld devices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated initiative and independent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible in dealing with various obstacles and changes
