Job Summary
Sweep, buff, and spot-wax the sales floor to maintain shine, while checking refrigeration temperatures and logging readings. Clean restrooms, back rooms, and sidewalks as requested, and organize janitorial storage. Walk the store to ensure doors are locked and secure, communicating any maintenance issues to the Store Director. Lift up to 50 lb. boxes and exert force frequently while working on floors that may become slippery. Maintain exceptional customer service in a friendly, flexible environment supporting local communities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
