Job Summary
Maintain exceptional customer service by sweeping, running machines, and buffing the entire sales floor to ensure a clean, shiny environment. Spot wax damaged areas, keep restrooms, back rooms, and sidewalks clean as requested, and organize all janitorial storage. Check refrigeration temperatures daily and log results, occasionally verifying doors are locked and secure. Communicate any maintenance issues immediately to the Store Director. This entry-level role requires lifting 50 lb. boxes and exerting significant force, with good vision and hearing. You must comply with all company policies, dress codes, and wear a name tag. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to reach
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
