Job Summary
Sweep, buff, and spot-wax the entire sales floor to maintain shine and address damaged wax areas. Maintain clean restrooms, back rooms, and sidewalks as requested, while organizing janitorial storage and checking refrigeration temperatures daily. Occasionally walk the store to verify doors are locked and secure, communicating any maintenance issues directly to the Store Director. Lift 50 lb. boxes and exert frequent force up to 50 lbs. while moving materials, requiring good vision, hearing, and the ability to work on slippery floors. Comply with all company policies, dress code, and name tag requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Good vision
- Corrected vision
- Good hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to reach
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
