Job Summary
Sweep, buff, and spot-wax the entire sales floor to maintain shine and address damaged wax areas. Clean restrooms, back rooms, and sidewalks as requested, while organizing janitorial storage and checking refrigeration temperatures daily. Walk the store to ensure doors remain locked and secure, communicating any maintenance issues immediately to the Store Director. Lift 50 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently while maintaining good vision and hearing. Work in a friendly, flexible environment supporting Pyramid Foods' commitment to local communities and quality service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
