Job Summary
Grocery Associate responsible for prioritizing daily tasks, acquiring knowledge of the Grocery Department, writing orders with effective pars/planning, and collaborating with the team to complete daily duties such as scanning/recording shrink, stocking, rotating, and merchandising. Role requires participation in required corporate meetings/trainings, adherence to personal and food safety standards, and engagement with customers to support Heinen’s brand. Qualifications emphasize strong communication, a sense of urgency, independence, minimal supervision, ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
