Job Summary
Greet, assist, and thank customers while offering product suggestions to build loyalty. Stock and rotate department products in grocery, general merchandise, dairy, and frozen food areas to ensure freshness and control waste. Operate department equipment and tools, assist with receiving vendor merchandise, and unload truck deliveries promptly. Notify management of theft, shoplifting, unauthorized mark-downs, or policy violations. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. This role supports Fresco y Mas's goal of fostering an authentic environment where associates feel valued.
Required Qualifications
- Meet legal and company policy age requirements to perform job functions.
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
