Job Summary
Greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner while offering product suggestions. Stock and rotate department products in grocery, general merchandise, dairy, and frozen food areas to ensure freshness and date control, restocking efficiently to eliminate waste and maintain lowest supply costs. Operate department equipment and tools, assist with receiving vendor merchandise, and unload truck deliveries promptly. Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark-downs, property defacement, or any illegal or policy-violating actions. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures while demonstrating integrity and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Meet legal and company policy age requirements to perform job functions.
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
