Job Summary
Set up and operate centerless grinder cells, making machine adjustments and monitoring robotic and track feed systems. Run production while dressing wheels, moving material, and maintaining equipment in a clean, orderly condition following safety regulations. Record quality measurements for in-process inspection and perform other duties as assigned. Requires moderate to heavy physical effort, continuous standing for an 8-hour shift, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. This role is located in Lakewood, OH, with a competitive salary of $35.29/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 3 years operating centerless grinders
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings
- Must be able to follow routings
- Must be able to use shop math
- Must be able to use various hand held measuring tools
- Moderate to heavy physical effort required
- Continuously stands through 8 hour shift
- Lift up to 100 lbs
- Must be available for 2nd shift
