Grinder Operator - 3rd Shift

Verify product using job travelers and set up and operate a grinder machine to blueprint specifications. Select and change grinding wheels to achieve appropriate finishes for screws while monitoring machine performance and performing preventative maintenance to assure production continuity. Maintain fluid levels on all equipment, monitor inventory levels, and report low levels or discrepancies to the supervisor. Use precision measuring tools specific to the job. This role is part of a team of approximately 10 grinders working across all three shifts at Milacron in McPherson, KS.
