Grill Staff Member handling treat preparation, assembly, and presentation of orders at a Dairy Queen location. Responsibilities include stocking and cleaning the chill area, adhering to health and safety standards, operating and maintaining restaurant equipment, and delivering courteous, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment. Must work as a team, communicate clearly with coworkers, perform prep and stocking tasks, rotate products, and maintain cleanliness of work areas, counters, restrooms, and dining/service spaces. Ability to move items up to 50 pounds, work under pressure during high-volume periods, and adapt to varying temperatures across the restaurant.
