Job Summary
Grill Line Chef responsible for preparing meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items using broilers, grills, ovens, fryers and other kitchen equipment according to standardized recipes. Maintains 100% quality, adheres to portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies; stocks line stations; performs food prep; ensures clean, sanitary work area; conducts temperature checks; plates and garnishes dishes; stores and rotates products; assists in off-peak prep and closing procedures; participates in meetings and contributes ideas for improvement. Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, communicate clearly, and work in varied weather conditions; flexibility for evenings and holidays; environment can be indoor or outdoor. Located in Brigham City, UT (Wingers) with standard hospitality duties and a focus on teamwork and customer-focused service.
