Grill Crew Member

Cook burgers, chicken, and hot foods to Dairy Queen standards while operating fryers, grills, and prep stations safely. Maintain ticket times during rushes, follow strict food safety and temperature controls, and keep the kitchen spotless and organized. Communicate clearly with the front counter and management, assist with prep and closing cleaning duties, and work nights and weekends. This role requires handling heat literally and mentally, moving with urgency, and lifting 50 lbs for full shifts. You will be part of a team at a Dairy Queen franchise focused on speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.
