Grill Crew Member

Cook burgers, chicken, and hot foods to Dairy Queen standards while operating fryers, grills, and prep stations safely. Maintain ticket times during rushes, follow strict food safety and temperature controls, and keep the kitchen spotless and organized. Communicate clearly with the front counter and management, assist with prep and closing cleaning duties, and work under pressure to move with urgency. This role requires nights and weekends, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and standing for full shifts. You will receive 50% off employee meals while working and 25% off all meals when not working.
