Cook burgers, chicken, and hot foods to Dairy Queen standards while operating fryers, grills, and prep stations safely. Maintain ticket times during rushes, follow strict food safety and temperature controls, and keep the kitchen spotless and organized. Communicate clearly with the front counter and management while assisting with prep and closing cleaning duties. This role requires handling heat literally and mentally, working under pressure, and lifting 50 lbs for full shifts. Nights and weekends are required.
