Grill Crew Member

Cook burgers, chicken, and hot foods to Dairy Queen standards while running fryers, grills, and prep stations safely. Maintain ticket times during rushes, follow strict food safety and temperature controls, and keep the kitchen spotless and organized. Communicate clearly with the front counter and management, assist with prep and closing cleaning duties, and work nights and weekends. This position requires handling heat literally and mentally, moving with urgency, and lifting 50 lbs while standing a full shift. You must be dependable, hard-working, and able to stay focused under pressure as part of a team.
