Grill Crew Member

Cook burgers, chicken, and hot foods to Dairy Queen standards while managing fryers, grills, and prep stations safely. Maintain ticket times during rushes and adhere to strict food safety and temperature controls. Keep the kitchen spotless and organized, communicating clearly with the front counter and management. Assist with prep and closing cleaning duties. This role requires handling heat literally and mentally, working well under pressure with urgency, and lifting 50 lbs for full shifts including nights and weekends. You must be dependable, able to stay focused, and willing to work the heart of the kitchen.
