Grill Cook

Grill Cook positioned at Columbus Country Club (Columbus, OH) within Troon, responsible for preparing and executing all grilled menu items (proteins, sandwiches, accompaniments) per recipes and plating standards, maintaining proper cooking temperatures, portion control, and presentation; setting up/breaking down grill station; ensuring timely food prep to meet service standards; following sanitation and safety procedures; keeping grill station clean and stocked; communicating with chefs and line cooks; assisting with prep, inventory rotation, labeling, and FIFO storage; supporting other kitchen stations as needed.
