Grill Cook

Operate the Short-Order Grill Station during meal periods, preparing and serving items according to the daily menu while maintaining proper food safety and handling techniques per HACCP standards. Assist in kitchen food preparation, cook required meal items to correct internal temperatures, and accurately maintain food temperature logs. Properly set up and stock the grill station by prescribed timelines, then clean all equipment after each meal period. Participate in team utility duties including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and stock management. Follow management direction and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
