Job Summary
Grill Cook in SoHo area with DIG restaurants. You will prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes as a guide; gain exposure to stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout; discuss current menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests; support the team during peak and off-peak service; multitask in a fast-paced kitchen; maintain food safety standards and uphold DIG policies; opportunities for growth in a team-oriented environment with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
