Job Summary
Entry-level grill cook responsible for breakfast/lunch grill items, deli prep, and kitchen line duties. Role includes preparing food according to approved recipes and production standards, operating basic kitchen tools and equipment, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, reading safety and operating manuals, performing station set-up and breakdown, and assisting senior kitchen staff as needed. Must have basic kitchen math skills and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for several hours. Prior experience in high-volume batch cooking or corporate dining/contract foodservice is highly desirable; ServSafe certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of culinary experience
- High school diploma or GED
- ServSafe Certification is preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk up to one mile and stand for up to 4 hours consecutively.
