Grill Cook at Square One Concepts: Responsible for preparing and grilling a variety of dishes, operating gas or charcoal grills with proper temperature control, following recipes and plating guidelines, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Duties include portioning meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables, ensuring order accuracy and timely service during peak hours, coordinating with kitchen staff, maintaining and reporting equipment maintenance needs, monitoring food quality and presentation, managing inventory and suggesting ordering needs, and collaborating with the kitchen team to uphold culinary standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
