Job Summary
Take grilled food orders from waiters, season and prepare items for grilling, and ensure all food is thawed and of excellent quality before serving. Regulate temperature of broilers, grills, and roasters, manage portions, and arrange items aesthetically. Wash, cut, and peel meats and vegetables, then maintain the cooking area by cleaning and sanitizing equipment constantly. Discard expired food, manage inventory, and ensure all supplied items meet accurate quantity standards. This role requires basic cooking skills, knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to stand for long hours. High school coursework in kitchen basics is preferred, along with one year of related experience.
