Grill Cook

Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu, set up and break down the grill station, and maintain a properly garnished service line as instructed by the Executive Chef. Check food quality for taste, appearance, and temperature, reporting any substandard items to management. Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner while adhering to Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives. This role requires standing or walking 100% of the time with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs and frequent lifting up to 20 lbs.
