Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products, including carving and display cooking items, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures. Grill all items to ensure quality, maintain correct temperatures during cooking and holding, and restock the Display Cooking Station if the Buffet Attendant is unavailable. Conduct opening and closing administrative procedures, properly maintain equipment, and take inventory of products at the beginning and end of each shift. Ensure the Hot Cook area, Char Grill, and all smallwares are clean and sanitized while following local health department laws. Assist guests with carved meat options and provide friendly, courteous service to maintain professional communication standards.
