Job Summary
Chef de Partie responsible for delivering high-quality, fresh British seasonal dishes in a pub setting. Work alongside Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials; demonstrate a passion for excellent service through quality food; actively supervise and guide the kitchen team, maintaining GP and labour controls; collaborate with front-of-house to drive sales and growth; participate in development programmes and apprenticeships to sharpen skills while enjoying benefits like free meals, 28 days holiday, pension, and staff discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Chef de Partie or excellent Commis Chef
- Passion for producing quality fresh food
- Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Active team player with excellent communication
- Ability to help design and deliver new dishes and daily specials
- Strong planning and organisational skills for GP and labour control
- Pro-active approach to driving sales and growth through kitchen-front of house engagement
