Job Summary
Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions utilizing the Software Suite by owning technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Engage with clients to understand needs, develop tailored strategies through site assessments, and make standard recommendations on workflow, interfaces, and reporting. Drive go-live readiness, post-live checkups, and outcome attainment while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Manage medium to large teams, influence budgets and operating plans, and lead functional projects with moderate complexity. Interpret business challenges to recommend best practices that improve products and processes within the manufacturing and energy sector.
Required Qualifications
- significant experience in the Services & Digital Implementation Services
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college
- high school diploma with relevant experience
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college
- high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
