Job Summary
Grid Works Site Manager for a fixed-term renewable energy project in Apulia, Italy, responsible for managing grid connection activities across TSO substations, MV/HV cable routes and associated grid infrastructure; coordinate with the Project Manager, TSO, EPC Contractor and network operators to ensure energisation milestones are achieved; oversee on-site works, safety, documentation and risk management to deliver timely, compliant project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering HV/MV electrical infrastructure and grid connection projects.
- Experience delivering high-voltage grid connection works on large-scale infrastructure, utilities or renewable energy projects.
- Strong understanding of transmission and distribution network construction and commissioning.
- Experience working with EPC contractors and network operators.
- Excellent programme management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving and risk management.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
