As a Greggs Team Leader in our Bolton bakery, you will lead the team during shifts to ensure smooth operation, coach and mentor staff, oversee beverages and food preparation for quality presentation, manage cash handling and till reconciliation, and maintain quick, accurate service while upholding store cleanliness.
