Greeter

Greeter at Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St. George, UT. Responsible for welcoming guests with a smile, escorting them to their assigned table, and contributing to a smooth dining flow by seating guests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists and adhering to check issue procedures. Helps open/close side duties, supervises side work, and ensures all station setups are complete before staff departure. Maintains reservation book, answers calls, notes reservations and special requests, and stays knowledgeable about menu items, prices, and service procedures. Maintains appearance and cleanliness of service areas, remains visible on the dining floor, and is accessible to guests, staff, and management. Checks tables daily for proper settings, assists with side work and bussing, and takes cocktail orders. Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager and incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Minimum qualifications include no experience necessary (training provided), regular and reliable attendance, outgoing attitude, and availability nights, weekends, and holidays.
