Job Summary
Restaurant Greeter responsible for creating an excellent first impression by seating guests promptly, taking reservations online or by phone, greeting diners, assisting with dining-room setup, coordinating with FOH/BOH, resolving guest issues, ensuring cleanliness and updated menus, and supporting wait staff. Requires strong customer service skills, ability to multi-task, familiarity with Open Table and POS systems, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attends meetings and trainings and adheres to brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management
- Customer service and/or food and beverage experience of at least 1 year
- Experience with Open Table is preferred
- Proficient in POS systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
