Greeter / To-Go Specialist

Greet guests at the door or over the phone, answer calls within three rings, and manage the flow of the restaurant using a wait management system. Handle take-out and call-in orders, package them appropriately, and educate guests on retail items while keeping the greeting station stocked. Seat guests immediately, attend to families with small children by providing highchairs or slings, and check restrooms for cleanliness every twenty minutes. Run food from the Expo area, buss tables, balance cash drawers, and complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists. Ensure all safety and sanitation policies are followed throughout the shift.
