Job Summary
Greet customers at the store entrance, maintain awareness of sales floor activities, and ensure customers follow policies such as leaving large bags at the counter. Provide assistance by answering questions and directing shoppers, while collaborating with staff to address loss prevention concerns and report incidents. Stay vigilant to deter theft and implement best practices for loss prevention, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines. Work in a dynamic, noisy environment with bright lighting, standing for extended periods and moving around the store as needed. Maintain flexibility to switch tasks or departments based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to apply negligible force when handling objects
- Proficient in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Skilled in tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Closed-toe shoes
