Greet guests at the door or over the phone, answer calls within three rings, and handle take-out and call-in orders while educating customers on retail items. Seat fans immediately, manage restaurant flow using a wait system, and attend to families with children by providing necessary equipment. Clean restrooms every twenty minutes, buss tables, run food from the expo area, and balance cash drawers. Adhere to safety policies, complete opening and closing checklists, and perform other duties as requested.
