Job Summary
Greeter- Part Time performs customer service duties at the store entrance, welcoming guests, and directing them to services such as In-Store Pickup and CLUB promotions. Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting programs, handling basic merchandise checks, logging visitors, distributing promotional materials, maintaining a clean and safe entry area, and assisting with firearm check-in processes by notifying the appropriate Outfitter while ensuring greeters do not handle firearms. Requires excellent organization, communication, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor to deliver an exceptional front-end experience. Must comply with dress code and store policies; physical duties include standing/walking, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to various store environments. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment

- Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
