Job Summary
Greeter role providing front-end customer service in a Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's store. Responsibilities include greeting customers, distributing and promoting programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pickup), checking in merchandise and visitors, maintaining an orderly entryway, and assisting with event information and promotions. Role requires friendly, outgoing interaction, adherence to dress code, and ability to assist with guest check-ins and promotions while ensuring safety procedures for firearms/weapons check-in are followed per SOP. The position is part-time with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to new processes and procedures
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details
