Job Summary
Welcome and assist guests at The Fish Hopper Seafood and Steakhouse by directing incoming patrons to parking, monitoring that spaces are occupied by guests only, and guiding customers to check-in. Provide information, answer questions, and deliver exceptional guest service with a positive, energetic appearance while promoting the menu and specials. Maintain a professional presentation, follow established policies, and remain professional throughout shifts working in a sunny outdoor environment. This role requires varied days including weekends, full-time hours, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
