Job Summary
Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot, direct customers to the exit booth, and provide local and return directions. Work proactively with shuttlers, service agents, and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply, assist members with questions to minimize counter visits, and provide upgraded vehicles on request. Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements and keep the Emerald Aisle tidy. Communicate customer service issues to management and ensure hangtag information is completed correctly. Perform other customer service duties as determined by management to ensure service needs are met.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience
- Must have a valid drivers' license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Apart from religious observations, must be available to work the schedule listed above
