Job Summary
Greet guests, provide accurate wait times, and monitor waiting lists. Manage reservations, escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas, and coordinate with wait staff about available seating options. Provide menus, announce Server/Bartender names, and thank customers upon departure. Maintain a clean reception area and cater to guests requiring extra attention. Answer incoming calls and address customer questions. Assist wait/bar staff as needed. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a smoke-free environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with a team
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco and drug free work place
