Job Summary
Greet showroom and service department customers, register them in DealerSocket CRM, and direct them to the appropriate sales associate. Answer basic inquiries professionally while referring complex questions to the Sales Manager. Notify salespersons of waiting customers and introduce guests during morning rush hour. Represent the dealership in a friendly, efficient manner by telephone or in person. Work 8-hour shifts including weekends with two days off weekly.

- Customer service experience preferred
- A basic understanding of HGreg and our sales process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
