Job Summary
As a Greeter at HGreg, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership, responsible for greeting them, registering them in the CRM, and guiding them to the appropriate sales associate. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a professional attitude to ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle customer inquiries, direct guests to various departments, and assist customers in the service area during busy times. The position entails working full-time with scheduled 8-hour shifts, including weekends.
