Job Summary
Open the door to welcome incoming guests and ensure timely seating while accurately communicating waiting times and escorting them to tables. Manage the seating waitlist, notify guests of specials and promotions, and assist with assembling takeout orders and answering telephones. Support the Front of House Team by bussing tables, delivering food, and refilling drinks, while maintaining host station cleanliness and stocking menus. Respond to customer complaints, thank departing guests, and solicit feedback on service quality. Maintain proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures, and process credit card transactions using basic Point of Sales skills. Minimum age 16 required; prior restaurant experience preferred.
