Job Summary
Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, provide information about attractions and services, and guide visitors to various venue areas. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, monitor lines for efficient flow, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Assist with event setup and maintain cleanliness in the entrance area. Perform other related duties as assigned. This role requires availability during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
