Acknowledge guests immediately with a friendly greeting, utilize provided tools to organize seating, and present menus while suggesting food items as identified by management. Observe guest reactions to identify problems and alert management for resolution. Perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor. This role requires 100% standing or walking, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently up to 20 lbs.
