Job Summary
Provide the highest level of quality and service to guests as the first point of contact in the restaurant. Assist with reservations, table assignments, and answer guest inquiries. Must maintain cleanliness and organization at the Greeter station, efficiently multitasking between guests and phone communications. Exhibit strong guest-oriented skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities. Dependability and adherence to safety protocols are essential in this fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must take and pass all training tests 90% or higher
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Point of Sale System preferred
