Job Summary
Greet guests in person and over the phone, manage the waitlist, and assign lanes and equipment. Ring sales at the counter, operate the POS and central panel, and assist with basic bowling instruction. Promptly notify mechanics of pinsetter malfunctions and log issues. Prepare for leagues and ensure cash control procedures are followed. Evening and night shifts available with weekend availability. Part-time role at one location.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to qualify for a position
- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- restaurant/hospitality experience
- Proven success in school/previous job experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Weekend availability
