Greeter / Counter Desk Attendant

Greet guests in person and over the phone, manage the waitlist, and assign lanes, shoes, and equipment. Operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system while ringing sales and following cash control procedures. Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and promptly notify mechanics of any pinspotter or pinsetter malfunctions. Log equipment issues and prepare for leagues. This evening or night shift requires weekend availability at a single location. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess excellent telephone etiquette.
