Job Summary
Greet guests in person and over the phone while managing the waitlist and assigning lanes, shoes, and equipment. Operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system to ring sales and follow cash control procedures. Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and promptly notify mechanics of any pinspotter or pinsetter malfunctions, logging all issues. Prepare for leagues and maintain friendly, inviting interactions to provide a "WOW" factor for visitors. Night and weekend availability is required, with a starting pay of $18.42 - $19.66/hr. This role supports Lucky Strike Entertainment's premier location-based entertainment platform, which includes bowling, amusements, and family entertainment centers.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position.
- Night and weekend availability is required.
- Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone

- Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
- Prepare for leagues
- Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures

- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
- Proven success in school/previous job experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette
