Job Summary
Greet guests in person and over the phone, manage the waitlist, and assign lanes and equipment. Ring sales at the counter following cash control procedures, operate the POS system and central panel, and assist with basic bowling instruction. Promptly notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues. Prepare for leagues while maintaining friendly interactions. Evening and night shifts available with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position
- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience
- Proven success in school/previous job experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Weekend availability
